Mike & Heather’s Wedding..Arroyo Grande Photographer

My hubby and I attended our nephews wedding in Santa Barbara.  My original plan was I was not going to take my camera.  Well, that didn’t happen I always have my camera.  Ok, I was just going to leave my huge camera in my purse just in case.  Well it didn’t take much coaxing when I saw my adorable great nieces and how big they have gotten.   Than watching Mike as he saw he bride walk down the aisle.  What a perfect day for Mike & Heather.  They are truly in love with each other .   Here are some moments I captured.  It was beautiful afternoon with family.  I’m so glad I took my camera .

Enjoy!

Beautiful images Janet!! Your neices are stinking adorable too! I love how you captured the loving relaxed nature of the wedding. Great job!

Class 2011. Arroyo Grande Senior Photographer

Can I say Jake you were truly a good sport.  I have known this family for years, many years.  When his mom asked me to take  Jake’s senior pictures I was thrilled & nervous. I knew I was in trouble when he asked me how many pictures can your camera hold?  I had only clicked the shutter a few times.  If anyone knows me I get a little crazy and I take way too many photos.    I told him not to worry if my memory card gets full I have plenty more.  We had a great time and the lighting changed many times during the session.  I couldn’t wait to get home and check out my images from this great session.  It was hard to pick just a few  there are so many  great captures of Jake’s charming , witty & funny personality.

Enjoy!

This little guy will melt your heart.  Watching him grow leaps & bound is so rewarding.  He stopped by to visit and I couldn’t resist. He is just too  handsome and knows how to work that smile of his.  Can I just say don’t take your eye off of him because everything goes in his mouth.  Oops…Enjoy your week..

I Heart Faces Photo Challenge This Week is “Pet’s Only” .. Arroyo Grande Pet Photographer

It’s been awhile since I entered a contest on I Heart Faces.  This week is “Pet’s Only”.   We have many pets/farm animals on our property  but our newest edition is Hannah a big fur ball .  She is is dear to my heart.  My hubby surprised me on Valentine’s day this year with this Havanese puppy.   She arrived on airplane all the way from Arkansas.  She is little but let me tell you she is one rough & tough little dog.  I call her my little purse dog.  You can find her running around playing & chasing our golden retriever.  She had brought me so much delight and joy.  I think this day she was having a bad hair day.   I really love photographing pets/animals.  Have you ever really looked into your pets eyes?   Here is my entry and make sure you head on over to I Heart Faces and check out all the other great entries.

Enjoy!
